Responsibilities

• Implement and assure compliance with Food Safety and Cleanliness programs in the assigned area.
• Oversee day-to-day Dine-In and Take-Home operations and ensure prompt customer service.
• Lead sales-building initiatives by supporting Restaurant Manager through client relations.
• Assess operational opportunities and drive cost management to meet or exceed targets.
• Manage workforce planning, hiring, orientation, and scheduling for store staff.
• Carry out store administrative tasks including office organization, permits, and store reports.
