Job summary

MedGrocer is seeking a Management Trainee to help oversee daily operations across customer service and supply chain teams in Makati. The 12–24 month program rotates you through core business units, giving hands-on leadership experience and exposure to process improvement, data metrics, and cross-functional collaboration with clients and partners.

Open to fresh graduates and experienced professionals who excel academically and demonstrate leadership potential; those not selected may be considered

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any four year related course.
• Preferably with customer service, supply chain management, and leadership experience.
• Knowledge in Google Workspace applications.

• Must work onsite in Makati.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of operational processes and systems across customer service and supply chain teams.
• Manage day-to-day operations, address major operational concerns, and maintain database metrics to track key performance indicators.
• Identify, design, and implement process and system improvements to maximize operational efficiency and service quality.
• Lead, train, and mentor team members while coordinating with clients, patients, and external partners.
