Job summary

MAESTRO HOLDINGS is seeking a capable operations supervisor to oversee the Group Section of MSAD, ensuring client expectations are met and quality products and services are delivered. You will supervise underwriting QA, contract reviews, billing, and customer-facing activities while coaching staff and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in underwriting, insurance operations, account management, or healthcare administration.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and client relationship management abilities.
• Knowledge of contract review, billing processes, and underwriting procedures.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in report preparation, forecasting, and operational monitoring.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality assurance and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Review and conduct quality assurance of underwriting transactions
• Review, approve, and counter-sign contracts before final authorization
• Review and sign Statements of Account for new business, renewals, and subsequent billings
• Oversee the timely issuance of contracts, billing documents, and membership cards within established turnaround times
• Handle complex client inquiries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution
• Support Sales and Marketing during client meetings and presentations when needed
• Monitor employee compliance with company policies, attendance, punctuality, and workplace standards
• Supervise staff productivity and performance
• Implement employee coaching, training, and development programs
• Recommend process and system improvements to enhance operational efficiency
