Job summary

Maxicare Healthcare Corporation seeks a Quality Assurance & Policy Control Officer/Supervisor to lead QA/QC across Operations Back Office and Support. You will plan, develop and implement quality management systems to ensure policy compliance across multiple units.

The role requires at least two years in QA/QC, strong Google Sheets/Forms/Docs skills, and ability to mentor a small team while driving continuous improvement and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course
• At least two years of QA/QC experience
• CSAT scrubbing experience is required

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and rate the quality of transactions to ensure compliance with standards
• Evaluate the quality of evaluations conducted by specialists to ensure compliance
• Prepare reports to identify areas for improvement
• Conduct coaching with specialists to ensure QA guidelines alignment
• Coordinate remediation with Learning and Development for refresher courses
• Provide analysis for process improvement to other units
