Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Active and unrestricted Philippine or US nursing/clinical license (or equivalent) preferred for clinical programs.
• Minimum of 3 years in clinical review or QA, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role in healthcare/manufacturing/BPO/tech.
• Proficiency in quality management, audit tools, and data analysis software.
• Certifications such as Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or Certified Quality Auditor are preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration across departments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking to identify efficiencies and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality standards, policies, and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and company objectives.
• Supervise QA team: lead, mentor and train analysts to maintain consistency and accuracy in quality assessments.
• Conduct regular audits of processes, documentation, and service quality to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with industry regulations, accreditations standards and internal policies.
• Analyze quality metrics: collect and evaluate data, identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Investigate quality issues, non-conformances, client complaints, and process inefficiencies; implement CAPA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align quality initiatives with business goals.
