Responsibilities

• Directs and monitors unit deliverables including client requests and title releases.
• Implements policy and process improvements to increase processing accuracy and efficiency.
• Assesses unit performance against standards to improve effectiveness.
• Analyzes issues and creates action plans to ensure consistent execution.
• Provides assistance or handles escalated accounts professionally and promptly.
• Performs other tasks to support the division as needed.
• Submits monthly reports related to FSU to CCC and Operations Head.
