Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking an experienced Operations Lead (TSYS) to oversee production support and key TSYS platforms from onsite in Quezon City. You will coordinate incident management, perform RCA, and drive improvements across systems and teams.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in payments/TSYS environments, Unix/Linux, SQL, and monitoring tools like Splunk or AppDynamics. Strong leadership and stability in employment history are essential.

Qualifications

• College graduate with relevant experience in TSYS-led environments.
• 10+ years of experience in operations/production support.
• Strong knowledge of TSYS platforms and payments processing.
• Experience in production support and incident management.
• Proficient in RCA and SQL.
• Familiarity with ISO 8583 standard.
• Unix/Linux experience and database management.
• Experience with monitoring tools (Splunk, AppDynamics, Dynatrace).
• Proven leadership and stability in employment history.
• Must not be a current or former employee of Wipro.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production support and incident management.
• Coordinate TSYS platform maintenance and upgrades.
• Perform RCA investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure system uptime.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on service improvements.
