Job summary

Gallo Yacht Charters in the Philippines is seeking an Operations & F&B Manager to lead yacht charter operations, crew management, and premium guest experiences at sea. You will oversee logistics, safety compliance, manpower planning, inventory control, and supplier coordination, while spearheading the launch of a floating restaurant.

This role requires a strong leadership presence, ability to multi-task, and flexibility to work weekends and irregular hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field.
• Valid driver’s license required (2-wheel or 4-wheel).
• Proven experience in operations management in luxury hospitality or yacht/cruise settings.
• Ability to multi-task and reporting; strong leadership and communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all yacht charter operations and onboard F&B service.
• Lead, train and manage crew to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Handle logistics, daily operations, manpower, maintenance coordination and service delivery.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and service standards compliance.
• Be present during charters to supervise operations and attend to client needs.
• Spearhead planning and launch of the floating restaurant.
• Provide daily operational updates via Viber to management.

Now Hiring: Operations & F&B Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations & F&B Manager to lead our team in delivering premium charter experiences. If you have a passion for hospitality and the sea, and thrive in a fast-paced environment creating personalized, curated yacht experiences — this role could be for you.

Exciting Opportunity: We are also preparing for the launch of our upcoming floating restaurant, and this role will play a key part in spearheading its operations and success.

• Note: Applicants must be available for interview between 20:00–22:30 (Manila time).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Must have a valid driver’s license (able to drive a 2-wheel or 4-wheel)
• Proven experience in operations management, ideally in luxury hospitality, restaurants, bars, or the yacht/cruise industry
• Must be goal oriented and able to multi-task and reporting
• Strong background in food and beverage service, including:
  • Manpower planning
  • Inventory control
  • Supplier coordination
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Experience overseeing daily operations and performance reporting
• Knowledge of maritime regulations and safety standards is a plus
• Flexible schedule — willing to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours as needed
• Comfortable working in semi open-air environments (sun, wind, sea conditions, changing weather)
• Adaptable to management communication and reporting requirements, including providing timely updates via Viber (Must have experience in reporting)
