Job summary

Namegun Ships Co in Batangas City is seeking a Marine Vessel Operations Specialist to monitor vessel performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules. You will ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards while supporting onboard personnel.

You will collaborate with maintenance, logistics, and finance teams to achieve operational objectives, respond promptly to emergencies, and implement corrective actions as needed, while traveling as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in domestic shipping operations, preferably with passenger and oil/chemical tanker vessels.
• Knowledge of maritime regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel and work irregular hours.
