QUALIFICATIONS

1. Highly proficient in MS Excel/WPS Spreadsheets, particularly formulas and functions such as IF, COUNTIF, SUMIF, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other data analysis tools.

3. Excellent leadership, people management, and team coordination skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate branch supervisors.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

3. Analyzes operational data using MS Excel/WPS formulas and functions to monitor branch performance, identify trends, and prepare management reports.

4. Consolidates, evaluates, and presents operational reports and performance metrics for management review.

5. Identifies operational issues and implements practical strategies to improve branch efficiency and service quality.

6. Ensures strict implementation and compliance with J&T Express policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

7. Conducts operational investigations and addresses concerns involving branch performance, personnel, and service delivery.

8. Handles personnel concerns, conflict resolution, and coordination among branch supervisors and other departments.

9. Monitors operational performance and recommends corrective actions to address inefficiencies and recurring issues.

10. Ensures consistent alignment of branch operations with the company's goals, standards, and objectives.
