MicroSourcing is seeking an Operations Coordinator for a full-time, onsite role at Mall of Asia, Pasay City. The coordinator will manage driver assignments, monitor deliveries, and handle customer inquiries while maintaining professional service.

Responsibilities

• Group and assign jobs to drivers to ensure timely delivery.
• Follow up with drivers and provide support for successful delivery.
• Publish jobs to attract drivers and expand the driver network.
• Conduct driver training to improve skills and knowledge.
• Make outbound calls to customers to update them on delivery status and address concerns.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and other channels.
• Handle customer cases and complaints positively and professionally.
• Process orders, forms, and requests.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Coordinate with colleagues to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide feedback on delivery and service process efficiency.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and professional support.
