Job summary

Taskhero is seeking a Dispatcher/Operations Coordinator in the Philippines to manage driver routes, monitor real-time conditions, and ensure timely pickups and deliveries. You will communicate instructions to drivers, respond to emergencies, and resolve issues by coordinating with other departments.

The role requires handling shifting schedules, graveyard shifts, and onsite work at the Eastwood City area. Strong English skills and teamwork are essential for success.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate driver routes (including but not limited to monitoring of real-time road conditions, traffic, and other factors to adjust driver routes as needed), ensuring timely pickups and deliveries.

• Provide clear communication (e.g. give instructions, updates, directions) with drivers.

• Respond to emergency situations, including last-minute call-outs, and coordinate coverage without disrupting overall operations.

• Help resolve issues raised by the drivers regarding their assignment and vehicles and coordinate with other departments as necessary.

• Use tracking systems to monitor driver locations and performance.

• Prepare and submit detailed shift reports, including calls taken, coverage adjustments, and any significant incidents.

Qualifications:

• Preferably Bachelor's degree holder, any course. High school graduates and college undergraduates are welcome to apply.

• Preferably with at least 1 year call center experience in an international account, preferably from a US account. Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply

• Ability to work with minimal supervision, individually and in a team setting.
