Job summary

The City Government of Muntinlupa - Government is seeking a Reports Analyst to transform raw data into insights that support decision making. You will collect data from multiple sources, analyze trends, and present findings via clear reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities include data quality audits, creating BI visuals, and presenting to managers. Candidates should have a BS/AB in a relevant field and 2+ years in reporting or data management; Power BI knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS/AB degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics or related fields.
• At least 2 years of reporting, relational databases, data management experience.
• Knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
• 1 year or more in BPO or related industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collects data from multiple sources (databases, spreadsheets, software).
• Uses statistical techniques to identify trends and anomalies.
• Creates and maintains reports, dashboards, and BI visualizations.
• Presents findings to managers and stakeholders in a clear format.
• Performs data quality audits to ensure accuracy across reporting platforms.
• Supports strategic/operational improvements with data insights.
• Collaborates with marketing, finance, and operations on reporting needs.
• Gathers data from reliable sources.
• Reports security incidents or weaknesses.
• Performs other duties as required.
