MANILA KLEAN FUEL CORP. is hiring a Terminal Operations Assistant to support daily terminal operations including dispatch, tank farm, and loading gantry activities.

You will coordinate truck loading, monitor product flow, and ensure procedures are followed during loading. Responsibilities include supervising assigned operations staff, preparing and issuing loading documents (ATL, checklists, guides, withdrawal certificates, delivery receipts), and maintaining daily operation records and tank

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operations of the Dispatch Office, Tank Farm, and Loading Gantry.
• Provide direct supervision and coordination of assigned Operations Staff.
• Assist in the preparation and issuance of ATL, Truck Loading Checklists, Loading Guides, Withdrawal Certificates, and Delivery Receipts.
• Monitor the queuing and loading sequence of trucks based on the ATL provided by Dispatch.
• Encode and complete daily SPR and other operational records.
• Record all product opening and closing tank soundings.
• Ensure proper implementation of required additive mixing ratios during truck loading.
• Conduct product gauging after loading across all truck compartments.
• Perform product sounding and gauging of storage tanks.
• Ensure proper sealing of truck discharge valves, compartment manholes, and other areas requiring security seals.
• Assist in the proper blending of liquid coloring dyes for gasoline products.
• Complete and verify pre-loading and post-loading truck checklists.
• Ensure loading activities are performed accurately and in accordance with established operational and safety procedures.

MUST-HAVES

• Experience in terminal operations, fuel/petroleum, logistics, warehouse, or similar operations is an advantage.

• Willing to work on-site in Sariaya, Quezon.

• Willing to work on a daily-rate basis.

• Willing to work in a terminal/industrial environment.

COMPENSATION

Daily Rate: Based on the applicable Sariaya, Quezon rate
