• Experience in supervising personnel or operational teams.
• Willing to work in Sariaya, Quezon.
• Willing to work on-site and handle operational/field activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Tank Farm & Biofuel Supply operations including tank sounding, monitoring, and reporting.
• Coordinate biofuel deliveries, storage activities and dispatch processes.
• Monitor daily dispatch activities, ATL changes, and logsheets.
• Assist with product importation and loading activities; act as Loading Master when required.
• Supervise loading gantry operations; ensure safety and accurate readings.
• Prepare and maintain daily/ monthly reports and masterlists.
• Promote safety, supervise staff, and coordinate with the Terminal Manager.

Job description

WE ARE HIRING: TERMINAL OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

Cleanfuel is looking for a Terminal Operations Supervisor who will oversee the day-to-day operations of our terminal, including tank farm activities, biofuel supply, product dispatch, loading operations, and operational reporting.

The role will ensure that terminal activities are carried out safely, accurately, and in accordance with established procedures.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE?

Tank Farm & Biofuel Supply

• Supervise daily tank sounding and monitoring of storage tanks.

• Coordinate with the terminal team regarding biofuel deliveries and supply activities.

• Monitor and report tank levels, storage activities, and dispatch transactions.

Dispatch Operations

• Monitor the daily Master List, including changes in ATL and unlifted ATL.

• Review and verify completed SPR and logsheets on a daily basis.

• Monitor daily dispatch activities and ensure proper documentation.

Product Importation

• Assist the Terminal Manager with product importation activities and related operational requirements.

• Support product receiving and loading activities as assigned.

• Act as Loading Master 2 when required.

Loading Gantry Operations

• Ensure loading personnel follow proper loading procedures, safety practices, and operational standards.

• Verify and record initial baseline readings for on-site flowmeters.

• Monitor loading activities to ensure proper and accurate execution.

Reports & Documentation

• Prepare and monitor daily Truck Loading Logsheet Reports.

• Monitor and maintain SPR reports.

• Maintain the Daily Masterlist and prepare the Consolidated Masterlist on a monthly basis.

• Ensure operational records and reports are complete and accurate.

Safety & Team Supervision

• Serve as a primary safety officer and first-aid lead for the terminal.

• Promote compliance with safety procedures and proper operational practices.

• Schedule and supervise Operations Assistants and other assigned terminal staff.

• Coordinate with the Terminal Manager and other teams regarding operational concerns.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO THE TABLE?

• Strong understanding of terminal, fuel, petroleum, or similar industrial operations.

• Good knowledge of tank farm, product loading, dispatch, and storage activities.

• Strong monitoring, documentation, and reporting skills.

• Ability to supervise personnel and coordinate multiple operational activities.

• Strong attention to detail, particularly in inventory, tank readings, dispatch records, and operational reports.

• Safety-conscious and able to ensure compliance with established procedures.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work in a terminal environment and handle operational and field-based responsibilities.

MUST-HAVES

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.

• Relevant experience in terminal operations, fuel/petroleum operations, tank farm, logistics, or a similar industrial environment.
