McJIM Leather in Manila is hiring for a full-time production position within a leather manufacturing environment. Candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 1 year of experience in production or operations, preferably in leather manufacturing.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with strong organizational and communication skills. Willing to work on-site in New Manila, Quezon City.

• Graduate of a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or any related course.

• Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in production, manufacturing operations, or administrative support.

• Experience in leather manufacturing is an advantage.

• Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office applications.

• Knowledge of production monitoring, inventory documentation, and report preparation is an advantage.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

• With good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with different departments.

• Willing to work in a manufacturing environment and conduct occasional production-floor monitoring.

• Amenable to work in New Manila, Quezon City.
