Job summary

Gardenia Bakeries Phils., Inc. in Biñan, Laguna is seeking a detail-oriented reports analyst to generate monthly production reports and manage document control for ISO, HACCP, and HALAL standards. You will coordinate with production teams and ensure accurate data handling.

You will prepare Purchase Requests through Oracle, maintain organized records, and provide administrative support to the Production Supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year course.
• Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in report analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledgeable and with a good understanding of ISO, HACCP, HALAL, GMP, and their principles.
• Good knowledge of 5S System.
• Above-average computer literacy, preferably with knowledge of MS Office and related systems.
• Highly trainable with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate monthly reports comparing scheduled versus actual production hours.
• Prepare Disposal Forms for RMATS and PMATS.
• Act as the department's Document Controller for ISO, HACCP, and HALAL-related documents.
• Distribute production reports to concerned departments and coordinate with them regarding production requirements and concerns.
• Prepare and submit Purchase Requests (PR) for production requirements through the Oracle System.
• Maintain proper filing and organization of production reports and other pertinent records.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Production Supervisor as needed.
