Job summary

Sungrow is launching a new project in Lipa Batangas awaiting skilled personnel to oversee 24/7 plant equipment monitoring and data analysis. You will ensure compliance with plant procedures, manage logs, and support shift operations to maintain continuous energy production.

The role involves coordinating with maintenance on safety measures, preparing daily and production reports, and ensuring orderly operation environments. A proactive team player will thrive in this renewable energy setting.

Responsibilities

• Centralized monitoring of the 24-hour operation status of power plant equipment, promptly identifying and recording anomalies and alarms.
• Adhere to solar plant procedures and complete routine operations tasks: logs, readings, data monitoring, and parameter analysis.
• Operate and dispatch equipment during shifts, follow dispatch instructions, and fill operation/work tickets.
• Prepare and submit daily operation and production reports; ensure data is recorded, analyzed, and archived.
• Organize data for electricity bill settlements and assist with related procedures.
• Maintain civilized production: keep duty room and equipment clean and organized.
• Use and store equipment and tools securely; report defects to maintenance promptly.
• Coordinate with maintenance for safety measures and fault handling during outages.
• Complete any other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Description:

1. Responsible for the centralized monitoring of the 24-hour operation status of power plant equipment, promptly identifying and recording equipment anomalies and alarm messages.

2. Strictly adhere to the operating procedures for photovoltaic power plants and complete routine operations management tasks, including filling out operating logs, monitoring and recording readings, remotely monitoring data, and analyzing operating parameters.

3. Responsible for operating and dispatching equipment during shifts at the power plant, executing dispatching instructions, and properly filling out operation and work tickets.

4. Responsible for preparing and submitting various daily operation reports and production reports for the power plant. Ensure that operation data is accurately recorded, statistically analyzed, and properly archived.

5. Responsible for organizing and verifying data related to electricity bill settlements, and assisting with the processing of electricity bill settlement procedures.

6. Responsible for managing civilized production during working hours. Ensure the cleanliness of the duty room and monitoring equipment, and maintain a tidy and organized work environment.

7. Properly use and securely store monitoring equipment, communication devices, and various tools. Report any defects in the equipment promptly and notify maintenance personnel for handling.

8. Coordination with maintenance personnel in the implementation of safety measures and operational procedures for tasks such as power outage maintenance and fault handling of equipment.

9. Complete any other tasks assigned by superiors.
