Job summary

SunGrow Smart Maintenanc Technology Co., LTD is seeking a dedicated plant operations professional to oversee 24/7 monitoring of a photovoltaic power plant, recording anomalies and alarms. You will strictly follow operating procedures, log readings, and remotely monitor data to ensure optimal performance.

You will dispatch and operate equipment during shifts, prepare routine operation and production reports, and assist with electricity bill settlements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor 24-hour operation status of plant equipment and log anomalies.
• Follow PV plant procedures, fill logs, monitor readings, remotely monitor data and analyze operating parameters.
• Operate and dispatch equipment during shifts and complete operation/work tickets.
• Prepare and submit daily operation and production reports, ensure data accuracy and archiving.
• Organize data related to electricity bill settlements and assist with settlement procedures.
• Maintain a clean, orderly duty room and monitoring area during shifts.
• Use and store monitoring equipment and tools securely; report defects promptly.
• Coordinate with maintenance for safety measures and outage/fault tasks.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Job Description:

1. Responsible for the centralized monitoring of the 24-hour operation status of power plant equipment, promptly identifying and recording equipment anomalies and alarm messages.

2. Strictly adhere to the operating procedures for photovoltaic power plants and complete routine operations management tasks, including filling out operating logs, monitoring and recording readings, remotely monitoring data, and analyzing operating parameters.

3. Responsible for operating and dispatching equipment during shifts at the power plant, executing dispatching instructions, and properly filling out operation and work tickets.

4. Responsible for preparing and submitting various daily operation reports and production reports for the power plant. Ensure that operation data is accurately recorded, statistically analyzed, and properly archived.

5. Responsible for organizing and verifying data related to electricity bill settlements, and assisting with the processing of electricity bill settlement procedures.

6. Responsible for managing civilized production during working hours. Ensure the cleanliness of the duty room and monitoring equipment, and maintain a tidy and organized work environment.

7. Properly use and securely store monitoring equipment, communication devices, and various tools. Report any defects in the equipment promptly and notify maintenance personnel for handling.

8. Coordination with maintenance personnel in the implementation of safety measures and operational procedures for tasks such as power outage maintenance and fault handling of equipment.

9. Complete any other tasks assigned by superiors.
