Job summary

Pioneer Insurance seeks a data-driven professional to provide business heads with meaningful analytics and dashboards. You will develop reports, collaborate with IT for data accuracy, and apply statistical methods to forecast and visually present results.

The role involves managing projects per the standard methodology, preparing reports for committees, and researching prospective customers as needed by leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Statistics or BS Mathematics.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Data Analysis, BI, and Dashboard Development.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI); ML knowledge preferred.
• Basic understanding of the insurance industry is advantageous; knowledge of R is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains and manages reports, analytics, and dashboards for business heads using data visualization tools.
• Collaborates with IT and data management units to ensure complete and accurate data for analysis and reporting.
• Applies statistical models to forecast and perform root-cause analysis, presented visually.
• Prepares Management Committee (ManCom) reports and other internal reports.
• Manages assigned projects using the Shared Services Standard Project Management Methodology, from initiation to closure.
• Performs research on prospective customers and other topics as required by business heads.
