Job summary

Arch Global Services Philippines is seeking an Operations Analyst to interpret, analyze and process activities supporting property and casualty insurance operations. You will work with data in various systems to meet service level requirements and deliver accurate reports.

Candidates should have strong English communication, excellent Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate in an international team. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Interpret data, analyze results and process transactions in support of insurance operations.
• Support Submission Clearance, Policy & Endorsement rating and Issuance.
• Ensure compliance and coordinate with team and customers to meet deliverables.
• Prepare and issue accurate documents and reports per specifications.
• Troubleshoot and suggest process improvements as needed.
• Communicate issues promptly to enable quick resolutions.

Job Description

The operations analyst is responsible for interpreting, analyzing, and processing various activities in support of property and casualty insurance operations. The candidate will need to perform activities with a high degree of accuracy and consistently meet service level requirements.

Tasks/Responsibilities

• Interpret data, analyze results and process transactions in various systems in support of the following areas:
• Submission Clearance
• Policy & Endorsement rating and Issuance
• Compliance
• Auto
• Other operations, as needed
• Prepare and issue documents and reports accurately, as per specifications
• Interact with team and customers as required to complete deliverables
• Communicate issues or queries on a timely basis to ensure quick resolution
• Assist with troubleshooting and improving processes, as needed
