Job summary

Arch Global Services Philippines in Cebu City seeks an Operations Analyst to interpret, analyze, and process activities supporting property and casualty insurance operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel is expected.
• Strong English communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Interpret data, analyze results and process transactions in support of P&C insurance operations.
• Assist with submission clearance, policy and endorsement rating and issuance, and compliance activities.
• Prepare and issue documents and reports accurately and interact with team and customers to meet deliverables.
• Communicate issues promptly to ensure quick resolution and assist with process improvements.

Job Description

The operations analyst is responsible for interpreting, analyzing, and processing various activities in support of property and casualty insurance operations. The candidate will need to perform activities with a high degree of accuracy and consistently meet service level requirements.

Tasks/Responsibilities

• Interpret data, analyze results and process transactions in various systems in support of the following areas:
• Submission Clearance
• Policy & Endorsement rating and Issuance
• Compliance
• Auto
• Other operations, as needed
• Prepare and issue documents and reports accurately, as per specifications
• Interact with team and customers as required to complete deliverables
• Communicate issues or queries on a timely basis to ensure quick resolution
• Assist with troubleshooting and improving processes, as needed
