Job summary

Global Payments in Quezon City, Philippines is seeking an Operations Analyst to support end-to-end utility billing processes and collaborate with clients to ensure accurate and timely resident bills. The role emphasizes attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with internal teams to deliver prebills and meet billing timelines while developing expertise in billing systems and processes across the Utility Team.
