Job summary

Globe’s GCash division seeks an Analytical Operational Risk professional to support risk management strategies and policy implementations. Work across business units to identify, assess, and monitor operational risk, and help produce risk reports for senior management and the Board.

The role emphasizes compliance with BSP Circular 900 and collaboration with governance teams to remediate issues. Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 2+ years fintech risk experience,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Business with 2+ years of risk, data, incidents, and/or controls experience.
Basic knowledge on Compliance, Data Privacy, and/or Information Security.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
Independent and able to work under pressure.
Organize, analytical with good strategic and tactical knowledge.
Good problem-solving skills and risk management understanding.
High level of integrity and ownership of results.

Responsibilities

Supports development and implementation of operational risk management strategies and policies.
Identifies, assesses, and monitors operational risk across business units (RCSA/KRI).
Assists in preparing risk reports for senior management and boards.
Helps ensure compliance with internal policies and BSP Circular 900.
Collaborates with governance teams to prioritize issue remediation.
Maintains ORM policy/framework awareness across the organization.
