Job summary

Globe is seeking an Operational Risk Management Lead to help shape risk policies and implement robust risk controls across the organization. The role emphasizes strategic planning, policy development and cross-functional collaboration within a FinTech environment in the Philippines.

You will identify and analyze risks, support risk indicators, and prepare reports for senior management and boards. Strong English communication and governance mindset are required for success in this key leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics or Business.
• 2+ years of solid work experience in financial/fintech risk, data, incidents, and/or controls.
• Basic knowledge on Compliance, Data Privacy, and/or Information Security.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize inputs to aid the ORM function and policy development.
• Identify, assess and analyze operational risk across units via RCSA and risk assessments.
• Support development of KPIs and risk indicators; assist in root-cause analysis.
• Provide reporting, escalation and governance support to senior management and committees.
