Job summary

Bounty Fresh Food, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a qualified maintenance supervisor for Further Processing/Marination equipment.

You will oversee preventive maintenance, monitor equipment parameters, and manage spare parts to keep production running smoothly. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or professional license in mechanical or electrical engineering, at least two years in food manufacturing or process engineering, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or professional license in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Minimum 2 years in food manufacturing, production, or process engineering.

Responsibilities

• Supervise equipment pre and post-operation preventive maintenance.
• Set up and monitor Further Processing/Marination equipment standard parameters.
• Regularly monitor machine In-process performance and effectiveness.
• Management of Further Processing/Marination area equipment and spare parts.
• Troubleshooting and repair of Further Processing/Marination Equipment.
• Ensure all processing equipment is in optimum working condition.
• Ensure compliance with equipment and work area safety.
• Monitor proper cleaning and sanitation of equipment.
• Monitoring of Toll Partner compliance with government regulatory requirements.
• Generate weekly progress reports based on the superior’s requirements.
• Perform other tasks that may be required from time to time.
