Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking an OPPM Sr. Specialist in Pasig to lead the company’s operational planning and performance measurement processes.

You will work with the OPPM team to deliver results, drive improvements, and contribute to sustainable energy initiatives. The role requires 3+ years in corporate planning, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with Balanced Scorecard and performance management tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related; MBA is a plus.
• 3+ years in corporate planning and performance management.
• Analytical, strong communicator with presentation and training capabilities.
• Experience with Balanced Scorecard or performance management systems.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Balanced Scorecard) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategic & Operational Planning: Support strategic planning, facilitate operational planning, align Tier 2 Objectives, Measures, Targets, and Initiatives (OMTI), and guide portfolio prioritization.
• Performance Management & Reporting: Implement performance management systems, consolidate reports for management meetings, maintain KPIs, and design reporting templates.
• Capability Building & Innovation: Provide Balanced Scorecard training, identify process improvements, and implement innovative solutions.
• Compliance & Administration: Ensure conformance with ISO standards, protect information assets, and maintain confidentiality.

As OPPM Sr. Specialist, you will manage the company’s operational planning and performance measurement processes and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with the Operational Planning and Performance Management team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.
