Alliance Select Foods International, Inc. seeks an Internal Audit Specialist to reinforce controls across manufacturing, procurement, inventory, and logistics in General Santos. You will review policies, perform risk assessments, and deliver audit reports with corrective plans.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field and 2–5 years of audit or compliance experience in production settings, with strong Excel skills and willingness to travel to sites.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Internal Auditing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Preferably 2–5 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, or risk and compliance, preferably in a tuna manufacturing, seafood processing, food manufacturing, or similar production environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, inventory controls, costing, procurement, warehouse, and production operations is an advantage.
• Familiarity with food safety and quality standards such as GMP, HACCP, and other applicable regulatory requirements is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, investigation, and report-writing skills.
• High level of integrity, objectivity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, or other audit-related certifications are an advantage.
• Willing to conduct audits and travel to company sites or operational locations as required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct internal audits of operational, financial, and compliance processes across the organization.
• Review and evaluate internal controls, policies, procedures, and risk management practices.
• Audit manufacturing operations, including production, procurement, inventory, warehouse, quality, and logistics processes.
• Assess compliance with company policies, food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and applicable laws.
• Identify control weaknesses, process inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare clear audit reports with findings, recommendations, and corrective action plans.
• Monitor and follow up the implementation of agreed corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct inventory and asset verification, including review of material usage, yield, wastage, and variances.
• Coordinate with department heads and process owners regarding audit findings and improvement initiatives.
• Assist management in strengthening internal controls and promoting operational efficiency.
