Role Description

The Operation Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Las Piñas. This position oversees daily operations across commercial spaces and warehouses, ensuring that processes run efficiently and meet company standards. The role includes supervising on-site staff, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and addressing operational issues in a timely manner. The Operation Supervisor coordinates with internal teams and external partners to maintain property readiness, safety, and compliance with company policies. The role also involves analyzing operational data, preparing basic reports, recommending improvements, and supporting management in implementing operational strategies.
