Job summary

Green Ocean Property Management in the Philippines seeks an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations, align teams, systems and processes with company goals, and translate strategy into execution. This is a senior leadership role focused on driving performance and accountability across departments.

You will coach managers, develop leaders, establish KPIs, and partner with executives on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive operations or property management leadership.

Job Description

The Operations Manager leads the day-to-day operations of Green Ocean Property Management, ensuring teams, systems, and processes are aligned with company goals.

This role manages leaders, drives accountability, improves performance, and turns strategy into execution.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who can help run the business-not simply manage a task list.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

• Oversee day-to-day operations across departments.

Operations & Performance

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive operations, business management, property management, real estate, or related leadership experience.
• Proven experience managing teams and preferably managers or team leaders.
• Demonstrated success improving business operations and processes.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, performance management, and operational reporting.
• Strong leadership, judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to hold people accountable and manage difficult situations.
• AI-driven mindset is required, with a willingness to use AI to improve workflows, decision-making, and productivity.

Preferred

• Experience in property management, real estate, construction, facilities, or HOA/condominium management.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
• Experience building SOPs, KPI dashboards, organizational structures, or management systems.
• Experience with automation, workflow optimization, or AI-assisted processes.
• Experience with Buildium, AppFolio, Yardi, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Experience working directly with executives, owners, or a CEO.
