Job summary

Four Point Solar Panel Installation Services is looking for a Project Manager to lead solar PV projects from mobilization to turnover. You will supervise residential, commercial, and industrial installations and ensure safety and quality across all phases.

The role requires 1–2 years in project management, a background in engineering or construction management, and the ability to read electrical drawings. Travel to sites and rooftop work are expected, with strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 1 - 2 years experience in project management, construction, electrical, or solar PV projects.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV installation and electrical works.
• Able to read electrical drawings and project plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel to project sites and work in outdoor/rooftop environments.
• Registered Master Electrician / Registered Electrical Engineer is a PLUS

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage solar PV projects from mobilization to turnover.

• Manage DC/AC wiring, cable management, protection systems, grounding, and electrical connections.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and system turnover.
• Manage project manpower, materials, tools, equipment, and schedules.
• Monitor project progress, quality, costs, and site productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and project standards.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, engineers, and site teams.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and completion/turnover requirements.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance when required.
