Job summary

optimove multiservices corp. is seeking a Logistics Operations Associate to assist the Logistics Operations Manager in driving operational excellence across transport and logistics activities.

You will coordinate daily operations, support scheduling, plan dispatch, and help ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency. You will monitor key performance indicators, maintain accurate records, and assist in investigations and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, or similar role.
• Knowledge of logistics processes, dispatch operations, inventory management and transportation coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day coordination of transport, warehouse, and distribution operations to ensure smooth and timely execution.
• Support delivery scheduling, dispatch planning, and resource allocation while coordinating with internal teams, drivers, and service providers.
• Monitor key operational metrics such as on-time delivery, fleet utilization, turnaround time, and service performance; prepare regular reports and dashboards.
• Maintain accurate logistics records, transport documents, operational databases, and ensure timely submission of required reports.
• Assist in investigating delivery issues, operational discrepancies, and transport incidents; support corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements related to logistics and transportation operations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost optimization projects.
