Job summary

Sagility Philippines B.V Branch is seeking a Reports Analyst to own end-to-end reporting and MIS delivery across multiple processes. You will design and publish dashboards, analyze operations, and provide data-driven insights to improve performance.

You should have 3–4 years in reporting, strong Excel, Power BI, and SQL skills, plus experience handling clients and communicating with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in reporting, data analysis and project/client management.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, Power BI, SQL and database concepts.
• Experience with client handling and proactive communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Operations for daily, weekly & monthly reports.
• Own end-to-end reporting and MIS delivery for multiple processes; ensure timeliness and accuracy.
• Develop, maintain, publish dashboards and KPI tracking for operational metrics at all levels.
• Design reports, scorecards, dashboards and ad hoc analysis to deliver workforce insights.
• Develop and optimize BI dashboards, reports, data models, and data flows.
• Communicate insights to stakeholders to meet SLA on timeliness and quality.

Job Description

Education: Any bachelor’s degree or higher Experience: 3-4 years of experience in reporting, data analysis and project/client management

Mandatory Skills

• Strong working knowledge of Excel, Power BI, SQL and database concepts.

Roles & responsibilities

• Work closely with Operations for daily, weekly & monthly reports
• Own end-to-end reporting and MIS delivery for multiple processes. Be responsible for ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of the entire reports
• Develop, maintain, and publish Performance Dashboards and KPI tracking for relevant operational metrics, at all levels (employee to Site Leader) and all sites
• Design reports, scorecards, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis that deliver workforce insights and KPIs
• Develop and optimize BI Dashboards, Reports, Data Models, and data flows
• Communicate effectively and provide deep insights to various stakeholders to help meet the required SLA on timeliness and quality
• Support transformation initiatives in the Reporting and MIS domain
• Lead meeting and develop agenda for Ops and support functions to review performance and efficiency
• Present point of view on operational metrics (performance and efficiency) based on reports and dashboards being generated
• Process automation through Advance Excel, Access, and VBA Macros
• Assist with the development of ADHOC reports using Access, and VBA to address business needs including creation of customized reporting that will aid day to day operations of the department
