Job summary

Risewave Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Wealth Management Operations Analyst in the Philippines for 3–5 years in wealth management or related financial services. The role requires QC experience, SME background, and supervisory skills. You will support wealth clients and advisors, ensure compliance, and drive process improvements.

The position is onsite with a flexible shift, offering opportunity to coach teammates and work with cross-functional partners in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in wealth management or related financial services.
• Quality Control (QC) experience is required.
• Supervisory, coaching, or people-development experience is required.
• Strong SME experience in wealth management.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary service and problem-resolution support to wealth clients and advisors by phone and email.
• Serve as SME on banking products, processes, and programs and stay updated.
• Handle complex client concerns and propose compliant solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with wealth advisors and internal partners.
• Manage complex service issues with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Facilitate and process wire agreements and time-sensitive wire requests.
• Collect/analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop/support projects to improve processes, products, services, and policies.
• Provide coaching, training, and floor support to teammates.
• Document client interactions and resolutions in CRM/Salesforce.
• Meet quality, productivity, and service standards; maintain behavioral norms.
• Work flexible schedules based on business needs.
