Job summary

Confidential in Taguig (Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3) is hiring a Senior Analyst for Wealth Management QA. You will provide primary service and problem resolution support for Wealth clients and advisors, ensuring accuracy and timely responses.

As a subject matter expert on banking products and processes, you will identify complex issues, coach teammates, and drive process improvements. This onsite role includes a night shift schedule and weekends off to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Wealth Management (banking, private banking or investment).
• QC and supervisory experience is required.
• SME knowledge is a plus and will be assessed during Skills Interview.
• Open to applicants currently in the Philippines with right to live and work.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary service and problem resolution support for Wealth clients and advisors via phone and electronic service requests.
• Serve as SME on banking products, processes, and programs and stay updated on changes.
• Identify specialized solutions for clients with complex financial needs.
• Ensure compliance with branch operations manuals, audits, and regulatory guidelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with Wealth advisors and internal partners.
• Manage complex service issues and day-to-day transactions for Wealth clients meeting SLAs.
• Facilitate wire agreements and time-sensitive wire requests with accuracy.
• Identify trends via data, reporting, and client interactions to drive improvements.
• Develop, lead and execute projects to enhance processes and Wealth brand.
• Support skill development of teammates through training and resources.
• Document client interactions and resolutions in CRM / Salesforce.
• Meet and exceed individual performance, quality, productivity, and behavioral standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide primary service and problem resolution support for Wealth clients and advisors via phone and electronic service requests
• Serve as subject matter expert on all banking products, processes, and programs, staying updated on changes
• Identify specialized solutions and proactively address potential issues for clients with complex financial needs
• Ensure compliance with branch operations manuals, audit requirements, and regulatory frameworks
• Build and maintain professional relationships with Wealth advisors and internal partners

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Wealth Management (Relationship Managers in banks, Private Banking, Investment, Financial Planning, Financial Analysis, Portfolio Management, Investment Consultant)
• QC and supervisory experience is required
• Alternatively, candidate should possess SME knowledge
• During Skills Interview, we will validate: QC experience, coaching experience, and QA experience is good to have
