Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking a Senior Quality Auditor with a wealth management background to lead QC efforts and support supervisory duties. The role focuses on complex problem resolution, data-driven process improvements, and SME guidance on banking products and branch operations.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in Wealth Management, proven QC and supervisory capabilities, and experience coaching teammates to improve performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Wealth Management (Relationship Management, Private Banking, Investments, Financial Planning, Financial Analysis, Portfolio Management, or Investment Consulting).
• Proven QC and Supervisory experience (or strong SME-level expertise).
• Demonstrated experience coaching and training team members to improve performance (QA experience is a plus).
• Must currently reside in the Philippines with full right to work.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary service, complex problem resolution, and time-sensitive wire processing support for Wealth clients and advisors.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on banking products, processes, compliance, and branch operations manuals.
• Identify trends through data collection, reporting, and client interactions to drive process improvements.
• Lead QC initiatives, support skill development of teammates via floor support/training, and maintain CRM systems.
