Job summary

Confidential in Taguig (Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3) is hiring 3 Banking and Wealth Management SMEs for Quality Control and Coaching. This senior role leads QC and SME initiatives within Wealth management, with a focus on serving high-net-worth clients and advisors.

Onsite night shift, weekends off, premium business district location. The roles demand 3-5 years in wealth management, QC/supervisory background, SME-level wealth/banking knowledge, and coaching experience.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Wealth Management in banks, private banking, investments, financial planning or portfolio management.
• QC and supervisory experience is required.
• SME-level knowledge in Wealth and Banking.
• Coaching experience or proven coaching impact.
• QA experience is a plus.
• Must be currently in the Philippines with right to live and work there.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and problem resolution support for Wealth clients and advisors via phone and electronic requests.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert on banking products, processes, and programs and stay updated on changes.
• Identify specialized solutions and address issues for clients with complex financial needs while ensuring compliance with manuals, audits and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with Wealth advisors and internal partners.
• Manage complex service issues and day-to-day transactions for assigned Wealth clients, meeting SLAs with accuracy.
• Facilitate wire agreements and time-sensitive wire requests with high attention to detail.
• Identify trends to drive insights and improvements.
• Develop, lead and execute projects to enhance processes, products, services, policies, and the Wealth brand.
• Support teammates development through training and floor support.
• Document all client interactions in CRM/Salesforce.
• Meet and exceed performance standards for quality, productivity, and behavior.

• Coaching experience / has helped someone improve performance
• QA experience is a plus
