Job summary

Pinnacle Intelligence in Alabang, Muntinlupa, is seeking a Service BDC Representative to support automotive dealership service departments. This role manages inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and drive customer retention.

The position requires 1–2 years in a BDC or call center, excellent communication, CRM proficiency, and on-site night shift availability.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of proven experience in a BDC, call center, or automotive service advisory role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication with a clear, empathetic phone presence.
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service and loyalty.
• Ability to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.
• Proficient with CRM systems, scheduling software, and phone/internet tools.
• Able to manage multiple interactions, prioritize follow-ups, and maintain records.
• Willing to work full onsite and night shift in Alabang, Muntinlupa.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound inquiries and proactive outbound communications to schedule service appointments.
• Provide information on vehicle maintenance, services, pricing, warranties, and recalls.
• Address inquiries about service history and maintenance plans; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct post-service follow-ups to boost retention and loyalty.
• Document all interactions in CRM and scheduling systems with accurate data.
• Collaborate with service advisors and internal teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and appointments.
