Job summary

Executive Genesis Services, Inc. is seeking a fresh graduate or student for an on-site Full-time Training role in Muntinlupa.

The position focuses on developing and delivering training programs for Promoter needs, onboarding new personnel, and improving product, process, and skills knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields, strong communication and presentation skills, and a passion for sales and teaching.

• Experience in sales or training roles preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Willingness to adapt training methods based on diverse learning styles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver effective training programs for Promoter needs.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new deployed personnel.
• Facilitate product, process, and skills training to improve Promoter needs.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, modules, and other learning resources.
• Assess trainees’ knowledge, skills, and overall training performance.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback to trainees.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance, assessments, and performance reports.
• Coordinate with Trade Marketing department to identify training needs.
• Ensure that training programs are aligned with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Conduct focus training for continuous development training as needed.
• Assist in developing and implementing training strategies that support business objectives.
