Job summary

Heap Const. Solutions Inc. is seeking a Safety Officer to ensure on-site safety standards across the Limay, Bataan project.

You will monitor compliance, conduct inspections, and coordinate safety training to maintain an accident-free work environment. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, COSH certification, knowledge of DOLE safety standards, and at least one year of relevant experience in construction or industrial settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Safety-related field or Engineering.
• COSH certification is required.
• Knowledge of DOLE and safety standards.
• At least 1 year of relevant safety experience (construction/industrial).
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to lead trainings and coordinate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor work conditions to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Enforce PPE use and other safety measures.
• Facilitate safety orientations, toolbox meetings, and drills.
• Investigate and report accidents and unsafe conditions.
• Recommend corrective and preventive measures to eliminate hazards.
• Maintain safety documentation and training records.
• Process permits and on-site documentation.
• Prepare daily site monitoring updates and reports.
• Coordinate with project and site management on safety improvements.
