Gratitude Philippines is hiring a Real-Time Analyst for our UK Financial Customer Service team. This 100% onsite role is based in Eton Centris, Quezon City, with a shifting schedule and ASAP start.

We offer a salary package with a hike up to last drawn plus a 2,400 PHP allowance, depending on experience, and headcount of 2. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in workforce management within contact centers, 2–4 years total experience, and banking industry exposure is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1-2 years of workforce management experience in a contact center environment.
• 2-4 years of overall experience.
• Banking industry experience is highly preferred.
• Exposure to UK/US/AU Banking industry is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and number crunching.
• Experience with Workforce Management software (scheduling, performance tracking, reporting).
