Job summary

Savills Philippines is seeking a capable finance professional to manage financial operations for on-site properties in Silang, Cavite.

You will handle month-end closing, tax compliance, budgeting, forecasts, and financial reporting, collaborating with landlords and clients. This full-time role requires a finance/accountancy background, on-site work six days a week, and strong attention to detail. Experience with ERP systems and audit support is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accountancy or related field.
• CPA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with financial reporting and tax compliance is desirable.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and financial software.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end closing, financial reporting, tax compliance, and audit support.
• Oversee filing of tax returns, permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements.
• Review billings, collections, payables, disbursements, and entries for accuracy.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, cash flow, and fund balances with proper controls.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses; support property enhancement plans.
• Coordinate financial requirements and reports for property transitions.
