Job summary

Savills Philippines is seeking a Finance/Accounting specialist to manage billing, collections, and bookkeeping tasks on-site in Cebu. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance or related fields and at least 1 year of experience in billing and collections.

You will prepare month-end reports, monitor cash flow, and ensure compliance with accounting policies. The position is full-time in the Property Management department, with a normal schedule Mon-Sat and ISO/compliance responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accountancy or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in billing, collection and bookkeeping.
• Willing to work on site and six days a week.
• Proficient in billing software and accounting tools.
• Strong data entry, accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate billing, collection of receivables and issuance of ORs.
• Verify payables, tax claims, and proper fund disbursement with docs.
• Maintain reconciliations of sales, collections, and aging for AR/AP.
• Prepare month-end reports, tax returns, and ensure policy compliance.
• Monitor cash counts, deposits, and prepare cash position reports.
