Job summary

Staff4Me is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of customer service orders and projects from initiation to completion. You will work with customers, vendors, project managers, sales, engineering, and operations to ensure milestones are met and issues resolved.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Onsite work in Cebu City or General Santos City is required, with standard office hours M-F 9:00am-6:00pm

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination or service delivery preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track customer orders/projects from assignment through installation, activation, and completion.
• Provide clear, timely status updates, next steps, and follow-up dates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, trackers, order notes, milestones, and supporting documentation.
• Manage multiple priorities and workflow tasks using systems such as Salesforce, Smartsheet, Jira, Excel, and other project/order management tools.
• Coordinate site surveys, installation schedules, vendor activities, activation calls, and customer requirements.
• Monitor order progress and address delays, missed milestones, aging orders, and potential risks.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, sales, engineering, and operations teams via email, phone, and Microsoft Teams.
• Handle escalations with urgency and engage leadership when needed.
• Assist with KPI tracking, forecasting, reporting, and overall project delivery performance.
• Maintain high level of customer service while driving projects to timely completion.
