Job summary

Coherent Corp. is seeking an Industrial Engineering graduate with at least 2 years of Planning experience to ensure continuous production flow.

You will work closely with Purchasing, Material Planning, Engineering, QA, and Production to align delivery commitments with customer requirements. Ideal candidates possess knowledge of Oracle or BI tools and strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent; minimum 2 years in Planning (functional)
• Experience in planning: familiarity with material delivery, PPIC/production coordination is a plus
• Knowledge of Oracle or BI tools is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Ensure Production line is loaded with enough WIP for continuous flow
• Coordinate with Purchasing/Material Planner on material delivery to align with customer commits
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Production for alignment and issue resolution
• Inform customers (internal and external) about delivery/shipment commits
• Update PPIC manager on critical issues affecting customer commitments
