• Able to work on shifting schedule and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Effectively support Print customers directly to resolve complex Print Quality issues across email, live chat, or phone.
• Serve as an escalation point as needed.
• Leverage print file design knowledge to troubleshoot design, color, and file export issues using Adobe tools.
• Identify opportunities and advocate for continuous improvement to fix root causes.
• Support users with non-design queries as volume requires.
