Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong graphic design skills with good use of space, typography and color.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work independently or in a team.
• Ability to follow directions and be accurate in follow through.
• Ability to work fast, accurately and aesthetically, as directed by the creative leader.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute digital assets—website updates, emails, banners—aligned with brand strategy.
• Produce visuals reflecting brand identity following leadership's typography, layout and detail.
• Incorporate feedback from partners and teams to meet goals and deadlines.
• Ensure visual style and brand voice consistency across digital touchpoints weekly.
• Adapt design changes through the creative process while staying flexible.
• Maintain high standards for speed, accuracy and visual quality of deliverables.
