Job summary

Clark Outsourcing is seeking a Payroll Associate to support end-to-end payroll operations onsite in Angeles City. The role handles final pay calculations, statutory compliance, payment requests, and inquiries while ensuring audit readiness and timely compensation for assigned units.

The ideal candidate has a related degree, payroll experience, and strong Excel/Sheets skills to maintain accurate records and support cross-functional payroll activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR or related field.
• Experience in payroll processing or final pay computation is preferred.
• Knowledge of Philippine statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, maternity benefits).
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for payroll data and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor offboarding requests and resolve discrepancies with relevant teams.
• Prepare, validate, and submit final pay Payment Requests (PRs) and track approvals.
• Initiate vendor requests for separated employees missing PR records.
• Handle APAC and UK payroll inquiries with Payroll Specialist and teams.
• Compute maternity salary differentials in line with laws and policies.
• Perform scheduled payroll processing as backup to ensure timely salary disbursement.
• Prepare and validate PhilHealth remittances and reconciliation schedules.
• Prepare and validate SSS loan remittances (Salary, Calamity, Restructured).
• Submit remittance records to Audit Department and maintain audit-ready records.
