Job summary

International SOS (Phils.), Inc. in Tacloban Leyte is seeking an Occupational Health Physician for an onsite role with a Monday–Saturday 10 AM–2 PM schedule. You will provide medical consultations, manage urgent cases, and coordinate employee health initiatives.

The position requires a valid PRC license and updated BLS certification, with duties including records management, referrals, workplace health promotion, and compliance with OH&S policies.

Qualifications

• Valid PRC License.
• Updated BLS Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical consultations, treat minor illnesses and injuries.
• Conduct employee health consultations and coordinate referrals when needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and clinical documentation.
• Support staff onboarding, training, and effective workplace communication.
• Ensure compliance with clinical governance, quality standards, audits, and reporting requirements.
• Promote workplace health, safety, and adherence to OH&S policies.
• Help maintain medical facilities, equipment, inventory, and operational readiness.
• Participate in meetings, health promotion programs, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Follow International SOS policies and perform additional duties assigned by management.
