Job summary

International SOS (Phils.), Inc. is seeking an Occupational Health Physician to join our onsite team in Ilagan, Isabela. The role involves providing medical consultations, treating illnesses and injuries, and coordinating urgent patient care.

You will conduct employee health consultations, maintain thorough records, and support onboarding and workplace communication while ensuring compliance with clinical governance and OH&S policies. PRC license and updated BLS certification are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide medical consultations, treat minor illnesses and injuries, and manage urgent patient cases.
• Conduct employee health consultations and coordinate specialist referrals when needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and clinical documentation.
• Support staff onboarding, training, and effective workplace communication.
• Ensure compliance with clinical governance, quality standards, audits, and reporting requirements.
• Promote workplace health, safety, and adherence to OH&S policies.
• Help maintain medical facilities, equipment,Inventory, and operational readiness.
• Participate in meetings, health promotion programs, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Follow International SOS policies and perform additional duties assigned by management.
